InfoSystems Recognized as Finalist in Chattanooga Technology Excellence Awards


The Chattanooga Technology Council has recognized InfoSystems as a finalist in the Chattanooga Technology Excellence Awards.

ChaTech's (Chattanooga Technology Council) mission is to connect Chattanooga’s technology sector to help drive economic growth across the region. This year, ChaTech is recognizing and celebrating our talented local community of technology leaders, entrepreneurs, developers, and professionals in all specialties at all levels with awards in 10 categories.

InfoSystems has been recognized as a finalist in the following categories:
- Security Leader of the Year
- Infrastructure Team of the Year Fred Cobb, InfoSystems' Vice President of Cloud Services and CISO, has been named a finalist as Security Leader of the Year. This category recognizes a security leader, who demonstrates excellence, innovation, and leadership in information security. With more than 30 years of IT experience, Cobb has been focused on expanding InfoSystems' cloud/managed services offerings, with emphasis on cybersecurity initiatives, as well as helping the team enhance its customer service program.

Tim Morton and InfoSystems' Infrastructure Team, have been named finalists as Infrastructure Team of the Year. This category recognizes an IT Infrastructure team who has led unparalleled business transformation through the use of infrastructure technologies.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on September 10, 2020.
